Delivery

Standard shipping: Within 2-9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

Express shipping: Within 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

You will receive an email containing tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Skinplex’s reasonable control.

Due to the high value of our products, we do require a signature on delivery, so we recommend shipping your order to your business address, or using the free Parcel Lockers service from Australia Post.

International orders

New Zealand - $18.55 for Standard shipping with tracking: 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

China - $20.80 for Standard shipping with tracking: 8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

USA & Canada - $24.00 for Standard shipping with tracking: 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

UK & Ireland - $28.20 for Standard shipping with tracking: 6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

Delivery time is estimated at 5-10 working days depending on your location. We require a signature of receipt for your online order - for this reason, we recommend you ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours.

Duties and taxes

When you order products from Skinplex for delivery outside Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the products reach their destination. Any customs charges must be paid by you, the buyer. Skinplex has no control over such charges. Please also be aware that when you order products from Skinplex for delivery outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them. Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Skinplex accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal or Afterpay.

By purchasing a product online from Skinplex, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.

Track your order

Your order will be sent via Australia Post. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
